| Have you all taken the 30 day EA Sports Active Challenge? | | Hi all! Have you tried the new wii game? (No I'm not advertising, I'm just curious). How many of you met your goal? I'm sad to say that I fell a little short due to time constraints. It's hard to exercise consistently when you are traveling every weekend and have things going on during the week.
Did you like the game? I hate to exercise and I found that I looked forward to it every day. I felt like I accomplished a lot, and they changed it up enough that I wasn't bored. Well, I guess I should get back at it. I'm going to accomplish my goal now that things have settled down! | |
| | What have you got in your home gym? | | My boyfriend and I have been collecting a few small pieces of exercise equipment as we live in a small apartment and enjoy working out. I've got a Wii with EA Sports Active, large exercise ball, resistance cords, heavy medicine ball, pull up bar, and a roll up bar. We are looking to get some dumbells then we should be all set up. Have you noticed a difference between your workouts at home and your workouts in a traditional gym? Where do you get the most results? | |
