| Need For Speed vs Gran Turismo | | i d like to put these two games head on and see which really is better by seeing which would you guys prefer playing. first, here are my insights. let us take need for speed first. the gameplay features less driving simulation and leans more on arcade-type gameplay. although you can customize both the car s looks and performance. some of the series lets you race on a city road with traffic, which is wicked. also there are police chases and other awesome races like the speed limit race and drag racing. and what i like the most is nfs has a career mode that has a storyline. all this while gran turismo provides almost real racing simulation, has the largest number of cars in a racing game to date, provides more tracks than nfs, and i guess all of ya ll who played it wanted to cheat the liscences, right? but me, i really enjoyed completing them. i dunno why. lol. anyway, gran turismo provides a beautiful presentation of the game menus which, for me, adds to it s attractiveness. i would like to hear from you guys. which of these would you prefer? | Starting Guide for Gran Turismo 4 | | Well I started GT4 a few days ago and found a good car for starters.
First you need to make money, buy a car with that you can win the Beginner FF Challenge or the MH Challenge because the cars you win for getting Gold in all 5 Races can be sold for 8000 - 10000 Cr.
Do this until you have 50.000 - 60.000, then go to the late 90's second hand car dealer and look for a Honda NSX with 280 HP/ PS.
They should cost around 49.000 - 59.000. The NSX I bought was a Type S from 97 I think and it was even after buying without upgrading a superior car for the money.
With that one you can compete a long time if you upgrade it good and learn to drive it well. I hope this helps you. | |
