| | What did you like in the Godfather Trilogy? | | I recently had the opportunity to see the Godfather Trilogy(3 parts each of 2 and half hours at least). I liked the movie as every did.But it is something that I don't understand, what is something special about this movie. Alright the screenplay, storyline, camera work everything is good. | Anyone NOT seen The Godfather? | | If you've seen my other post, (titled "Has Anyone NOT seen Scarface?") then you will know my predicament. I'm a fan of mobsters, Italian mobsters mostly, love mafia movies, and gangsters from the 30's. Love Capone, Dilinger and more. My boyfriend has Capone tattooed on his arm and is good friends with Capone's grandson. He doesn't know I've never seen these classics. Anyway, is it worth sitting through? I hear it is long. I'm torn between wanting to watch it, but also because I've waited so long, I've gotten afraid that maybe I won't like it, and then what if that ruins it for me loving mafiosos and Italian men (mmm)?! This happened to me with The Westside story. Anyway, should I watch it? | |
