| | Wii Fit or Aerobics | | I have been over weight most of my life by about 40-50lbs. When I start something I can always get into it and then I end up falling off..I use to do a lot of walking and then I stopped. My hours at work prevent me from doing a lot since it is a lot of hours out the day but I need to stop making excuses and do somthing. I always watch infomercials and I see products by beachbody.com (Turbo Jam, P90, P90x,insanity) and I always want to try it but I ge frusturated if I can't get the move done correct. But I want to do someting and I don't know if I should get the Wii Fit or suck it up and get an aerobics video. Any suggestions on which is better and why?ThanKS!! | |
| | Wii would like to play.... WII FIT! If you have one, tell me about it! | | I just got one. I have no idea what I'm doing. Everybody I talk to says it is very user friendly, and the wii must be since my friend's son was playing it all by himself when he was 3.We have the sports pack and the Jillian Michaels trainer game plus whatever comes with the Wii Fit package.Suggestions? Experience? Things to be sure I do? Things to be sure I DON'T do?Yes I have heard about the Mii's and how you make them all cool and then it might make your Mii fat and tell you you're obese.....[em]doh[/em] | |

| The Wii Fit is Awesome! | | I hate to exercise, but the Wii Fit makes working out fun. I'm def. going to be using it to lose weight. It's a great motivator, and a new way to eliminate boring workouts. Has anyone tried it? What's your favorite game to play? Mine is step aerobics, and the ski shalom! | |

| Wii Fit | | I am up to one hour a day on the Wii Fit. I've only been using it for about two weeks. Do any of you out there use this product? I didn't think that you could get a really good workout with this "game" but you really can. I do mostly the aerobics and balance games along with a few yoga and strength activities and you really do work up a sweat, especially if you are overweight and out of shape like me! | |
